Location close enough to many great attractions and places to eat and the mall and the Genza. The room was particularly good and the staff was helpful.

There was very uncomfortable bed in my room.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, just next door to the Navy base. Also, Sasebo City Park is a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

excellent and marvellous location 10 min walk to downtown. for tea or coffee visit cafe de lucca nearby. exceptionally good room with a lot of space. delicious food selection.

The location for Sasebo was marvellous, so close to Nimitz park the mall and bars and restaurants and the Navy base and the walking mall. All the staff was polite and very kind, tackled my issues.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the shopping arcade area, and it was a great experience. The location is convenient with many bars and restaurants nearby, and you are close to a large McDonald's and Starbucks. Despite the small size of the rooms, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast provided was tasty, and the view from the breakfast room was nice.

The elevator experience can be improved.

The stay was absolutely great! Came here for 1 day, the hotel was pretty standard, it had magnificent location very close to the mall and the Genza.

The hotel rooms are very small, as well as noisy, and the walls are thin. The towels and trash boxes are placed outside the room to be serviced during the daytime.

At Smile Hotel in Sasebo, the location was great, right in a shopping arcade with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was reasonably priced and had a nice view from the top floor. Although the breakfast was basic, it was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for a night's stay.
